About The Founder

Jigyasa whose experiences are rooted in Theatre and Writing and Public Speaking started her film journey at a very early age performing for a chocolate bar commercial and that was the moment she fell in love with every aspect of the world of cinema. Jigyasa Taneja Sethi made her debut as an independent writer-director with her short fiction film dealing with the complex issue of incest, Dusshera – 'The Festival', that won her a BAFTA award and Regional Oscar nomination in 2004. Her most recent film on teenage issues- ‘Pari and Pinocchio’, on Royal Stag Largeshort Films won her a directorial award at Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival and a Dadasaheb Phalke Award. read more
